MEET

Dr. Timothy Brown

Dr. Brown is originally from New York. After college he attended medical school until realizing his heart lay in working with animals.  Dr. Brown attended Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and did his clinical rotations at the University of Minnesota. After graduation, Dr. Brown practiced general veterinary medicine and surgery for 5 years in New England.  He then did an intensive emergency and critical care internship at the Veterinary Specialty Hospital of the Carolinas in Cary, NC.  Upon completing his internship, Dr. Brown practiced emergency medicine in North Carolina for two years before moving back to New York to buy his own veterinary practice in Long Island. After a decade in New York, Dr. Brown took over ownership of All Animal Care Clinic, which has expanded and evolved into Jupiter Veterinary Hospital and Urgent Care.

Dr. Brown brings with him a vast knowledge of small animal veterinary medicine. His years of general practice coupled with his time at an advanced specialty hospital and experience practicing emergency medicine, make him a well-rounded and progressive doctor.

In his free time, Dr. Brown enjoys spending time with his wife, his young kids, and their dogs, cats, and horses.

MEET

Dr. Dayne Ferrera

Dr. Ferrera was born in Cuba and raised in Miami, FL. She started in the veterinary field as a technician in an emergency hospital and that’s when she fell in love with emergency medicine. Dr. Ferrera got her B.S in Biology and was in the Honors College at FIU. She received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine and veterinary business management certificate from UF. Dr. Ferrera is a black belt in Karate and used to compete prior to veterinary school. In her spare time, she enjoys weight lifting and going to the beach with her pups.

MEET

Dr. Chrissy Mamone

Dr. Mamone was born and raised in Jupiter, Fl and attended the University of Florida for her undergraduate degree. She then graduated from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2010 and completed her clinical year at Ohio State University. She was accepted into a rotating internship program at Louisiana State University, where she published twice. From there, she completed a surgical internship at the Dallas Veterinary Surgical Center, moved to St. Petersburg, Fl and worked in general practice, emergency medicine and shelter medicine for 5 years. Dr. Mamone traveled to Nashville, TN followed by Charlotte, NC to work. Eventually, she moved back to St. Petersburg for 3 years before finally moving back home to Jupiter in 2024. Her interests include soft tissue surgery and oral surgery. In her free time, Dr. Mamone loves spending time with her daughter, traveling, going to the beach, spending time with family, friends and her 2 dogs, Luke, a French Bulldog and Lola, a Boston Terrier.

MEET

Dr. Christopher Wright

Dr. Wright is a South Florida native from Fort Lauderdale. He graduated from Florida State University in 2006, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences with a minor in Chemistry. After working as a veterinary technician in Fort Lauderdale, he attended veterinary school at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2008, where he met his future wife (who also works in Jupiter as an emergency veterinarian). He received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2011 from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, and moved to Long Island, NY to be closer to his wife’s big Italian family. He spent the next 10 years practicing veterinary medicine for three separate hospitals in Long Island, raising a family of 3 young children, 2 cats, and 2 dogs. In 2021, they decided to pack everyone up and move back to South Florida, settling down in Jupiter Farms. Dr. Wright is an avid lover of animals and the outdoors; when not at the clinic, he can be found boating with his family or fishing offshore.

MEET

Dr. Michael Gerber

Dr. Gerber graduated from Western University of Health Sciences in 2010 and completed a rotating internship at The Animal Medical Center in New York City immediately thereafter.  He has been practicing both emergency medicine and general medicine since completing his formal veterinary training.  

His professional interests include emergency/critical care, reproduction and dentistry. 

In his spare time, he enjoys anything out on the water and spending time with his human and canine family members.

MEET

Dr. David Spranklin, DACVS-SA

Board Certified Veterinary Surgeon – by appointment only
Dr. Spranklin attended veterinary school at the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine.  Upon graduation, he pursued an internship at Mississippi State University which he completed in 2003.  He was then accepted into Washington State University’s Veterinary School for a surgical residency which he completed in 2006.  He received his surgical board certification in 2007.  After working at a referral hospital for a few years, Dr. Spranklin opened his own traveling veterinary surgeon business.  Since this time he’s been performing thousands of advanced soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries on a traveling basis.  His availability has enabled us to provide numerous advanced procedures to our patients in our hospital including corrective orthopedic surgeries for knee and hip injuries, and complicated soft tissue tumor removals, amongst many others.

Michele, CVT, CVBL

Practice Manager

Michele is a certified veterinary technician and certified veterinary business leader. She spent most of her veterinary career as a surgical technician focusing on anesthesia and peer education. She was born and raised in Florida and loves spending her free time with her family or working outside in the yard. Michele shares her home with 3 French bulldogs, a Pug, a Staffordshire Terrier, 3 cats, 2 potbelly pigs and multiple chickens.

Miriam

Head Technician

Miriam has been a veterinary nurse for over 20 years with most of her career in emergency and critical care.  She grew up in South Florida and has called Jupiter her home for the past 7 years. She is married with two daughters, three feline fur babies, two leopard geckos and a beta fish.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and renovating her home.

Veterinary Technician

Stephanie is a certified veterinary technician with emergency, specialty, and general practice experience.  She was born and raised in Florida and loves to spend her free time outside with her family. She also enjoys running with her dog Ryder and working on DIY projects.

Taylor

Veterinary Technician

Taylor has been in the veterinary field for a little over 3 years and since her first month, she knew it was where she belonged.  She is a Florida native, but loves out of state trips to escape the heat. During her free time, she will be found attending a concert, at Universal Studios, or enjoying the water with her dog Ruger, and boyfriend, Tobias.

Veterinary Technician

Maria was born in New York and raised in Florida.  She was surrounded by animals growing up, which fueled her passion for pursuing an education in veterinary medicine. She has been in the field since she was a teenager where she began her on-the-job training. She has been owned by many dogs, cats, ferrets, chickens and pigs over the years.  She is currently owned by two precious felines, Odis and his wife Who.

Client Care Coordinator

Christina has been in the veterinary field for 15 years and loves what she does. She enjoys being the first impression of the hospital and strives to make client experiences great. On her time off, in true pisces form, she can be found at the beach with her two huskies and golden retriever. She is a die-hard Slytherin, enjoys horror movies and all things Halloween.

Veterinary Technician

Chris was born and raised in Philadelphia and calls Florida his home for the past 7 years.  His passion has always been caring for and helping animals which led him to becoming a veterinary technician. Chris enjoys exploring the outdoors, camping, hiking and traveling abroad. He has a growing menagerie of pets, which include a corn snake, king snake, ball and carpet python, a red eyed crocodile skink, a chinchilla and a mitred conure.
